What are your payment terms?

NET 30, invoiced after training is complete. We accept all major credit cards and business checks.

What do I need to host a class?

To provide training, we require there must be enough seating for the students with a comfortable writing surface. We also need an open area to place demonstration devices in front of the TV or projector screen. We have our own TV or can connect to yours via HDMI.

What training formats do you offer?

We offer on-site in person, online, and a blended training format. Most employers prefer blended training for CPR/AED/First Aid as your employees can train online at their own pace on their own time. Then receive a skills check and have any questions answered in person.

Are your certifications recognized?

Yes. Our CPR/AED, First Aid, Basic Life Support(BLS), BLAST! Babysitter Lesson and Safety Training, Stop the Bleed are all nationally and internationally recognized. Our (Live) Fire Extinguisher training meets OSHA requirements for employers to provide fire extinguisher training to all employees. Our Opiate Overdose and Narcan training is not required by any organization.

Are blended certifications recognized?

Yes. There is no difference between our blended and instructor led classes as far as certificate acceptance.

How long after class untill I get my certificate?

Certifications will be emailed within one business day or sometimes same day. We send a copy to each student and a copy of all the certifications to the class organizer.

Students will be provided with all the learning materials they need. Students are encouraged to bring pen/paper to take notes, however it is not required.
